And because I am a party of 1, I usually 1/3 it (because of the 3 yolks, its just easier) and that makes about enough for 4. I feel like I set you up for disaster (especially as this was one of the first recipes after you proclaimed you were feeling the wear of it all)! :( I'm sorry!
