This is the summer of 2001, when Adam and I were engaged. We were washing my mom's car--really!We had a longer engagement than courtship, which I don't generally recommend, but it was a good opportunity to get to know each other since we had only known each other a couple of months before we were engaged. I have so many fond memories from that time, it's amazing how quickly it went. And how quickly we settled into being married.
This October we will have been married 7 years. I am so grateful for every day I've spent with Adam, he is the joy of my life. I love you, honey!
