Good job! They look good. I seem to be hearing a lot about canning lately too. Is that just because I'm trying to get into it as well? I wanted to do peaches, but we only ended up salvaging a few from our tree. They made some yummy cobbler though!
Colleen, it's just that time of year. And I think people are trying to do more self-reliant things now trying to be green and/or because of the recession. There does seem to be a lot of it going on these days!
You'll have to share your chutney recipe that you mentioned on facebook. I'm really intrigued by chutneys.
